    3. “Product” shall be construed as Product and/or related services pertaining to sourcing the industrial requirements and equipments that the Vendor provides and/or offers and is willing to offer to the Buyer through the Website.

    4. “Payment Gateway” shall be construed as the payment gateway service provided by PayTM or any other e-commerce service provider, for the facilitation of transactions from your account to Our account for debit/ credit card transactions, net banking transactions etc.

    5. “Registered User” shall be construed as the User registered on the Website and availing the Services provided through the Website.

    6. “Seller” or “Vendor” shall be construed as, including but not limited to, any entity, institution, firm, association, manufacturer and any other related party, willing to list the Products and/or sell the Product and/or chooses to sell the Product through the platform provided via the Website.

    7. “Service(s)” shall be construed as and include the platform (including Website) provided by the Company, wherein, it includes: (a) Retail of the Products and/or related services, which can be procured by the Buyer.
