CANCELLATION, RETURN, REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

We, at Fair Trade Corporation / Cordlessbazaar.com, are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We offer you provisions for return, refund and cancellation of your purchase as per our discretion and policies as explained below:

        I.          CANCELLATIONS :

                         a.          You may cancel your order(s) at any time before it is dispatched.

                         b.          We further reserve the right to cancel your order at any time under the circumstances mentioned below.

                          c.          Once your order gets cancelled, the amount paid by you shall be refunded by means of reverse payment, that is in the same payment mode as originally by you for placing your order.

                         d.          Please read all information carefully before placing your order. Product(s) marked as “Non-cancellable” at the checkout page shall not be eligible for cancellation and shall not be refundable.

                         e.          Cordlessbazaar.com reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

                                               i.          If you provide an incorrect or an incomplete details (customer's address, street number, landmark, pin code, etc.) while placing the order.

                                              ii.          If an area falls under "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area" by our logistic courier partner even after placing the order in that case order can be cancelled by us.

                                             iii.          In case of wrong product specs listed on our website (Errors in Price, Specification, Quantity, etc.)

                                             iv.          The product is unavailable. (runs “out-of-stock”)

                                              v.          If Cash on Delivery (“COD”) order(s) is/ are not confirmed and/ or re-confirmed by you while placing the order.

                                             vi.          Suspected fraudulent information.

       II.          RETURNS/ REPLACEMENT DUE TO DAMAGES:

                         a.          In case you receive a damaged product, the same must be reported to us through Our registered email ID at (support@cordlessbazaar.com) within 48 hours of delivery with image(s) of the damaged product along with its packaging. No requests shall be recognized and/ or entertained beyond the period of 48 (forty eight) hours.

                         b.          Returns & Replacement request can be initiated if -

                                               i.          Product(s) is/ are damaged or defective

                                              ii.          Product(s) which are significantly different from that on website

                          c.          Return Eligibility Criteria -

                                               i.          In case of returning the product, you need to inform us, through our designated email support@cordlessbazaar.com, within 5 days of receiving the order.

                                              ii.          Product should be unused, and all items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

                                             iii.          Invoice should be available.

                                             iv.          Products sold as combos/sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.

                                              v.          Please read carefully before purchasing any product of Our website. Products marked as non-returnable and/ or non-cancellable shall not be eligible for returns. In case of defect it shall be handled as per the Brand Warranty Policy

                                             vi.          Products purchased under clearance sale shall not be covered under Return policy.

                         d.          Replacement Criteria -

                                               i.          Replacement shall be issued to you only after the product is received and it meets the criteria of eligibility of replacement according to Us.

                                              ii.          Replaced products shall be shipped to you within 7 working days. In case replacement cannot be provided, we shall refund the entire amount.

                                             iii.          All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Replacement criteria shall include but not limited to unsealed packaging, non-functioning product exclusively due to the manufacturing default, dead on arrival and /or damaged in transit.

      III.          REFUNDS:

                         a.          cordlessbazaar.com shall not provide refunds on any purchase except in circumstances mentioned above. cordlessbazaar.com shall only provide for a replacement based on its eligibility criteria.

                         b.          Once the order gets Cancelled / Returned, the amount will be refunded to the customer based on the payment mode (Paytm , Credit / Debit card , Net Banking , BHIM UPI) used by the customer at the time of placing the order or the customer may be provided a voucher of the same amount, usable at Our Website only.

                          c.          The Voucher shall be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. The Voucher shall not be coupled with other discount schemes or offers that may be offered by Our Website.

                         d.          In case of the payment mode being COD (Cash on Delivery) we may ask you for further information permitted by law to enable us to transfer the refund money to your bank account. Such information may include, but shall not be limited to:

                                               i.          Account Holder’s Name

                                              ii.          Account Number

                                             iii.          Bank Name

                                             iv.          IFSC Code

                         e.          Refund shall be processed once the product is received by us and the necessary quality check has been carried out by Our team. In certain cases, fees and charges may be deducted, depending on the case. These charges may include, but are not limited to reverse pickup/courier, restocking fees etc, if applicable. This will be communicated at the time of approval of refund.

                           f.          Refund is subject to the proper condition of the returned product.

     IV.          SHIPPING POLICY:

                         a.          Domestic Shipping Policy

                                               i.          All products ordered from cordlessbazaar.com other than whose lead time is published on product page, shall be processed within 2-3 business days based on the events including but not limited to the availability of such products and the serviceability of shipping partner(s).

                                              ii.          The orders shall not be processed and/ or shipped on weekends and/ or Indian national holidays.

                                             iii.          The orders may be delayed if We are experiencing a high volume of orders, in such a scenario We shall contact you via your registered email or through the registered phone number that you may provide us at the time of placing an order.

                                             iv.          cordlessbazaar.com does not provide overnight shipping/ delivery services.

                         b.          International Shipping Policy

                                               i.          cordlessbazaar.com currently does not ship outside India.

                          c.          Shipping Rates

                                               i.          Shipping charges for your order shall be calculated and displayed at checkout.

                         d.          Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

                                               i.          You shall receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with the tracking details as per the availability of the same from our logistics shipment partner.

                         e.          Damages

                                               i.          For any and all claims of damages caused to the product(s) during shipment and delivery or misplacement of your order, please refer to the Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

                           f.          Taxes

                                               i.          cordlessbazaar.com shall not be responsible for any taxes or customs applied to your order. All the fee and charges applied during or after the shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Taxes shall be calculated as per subsisting Indian Laws for Domestic Shipment.
